• 10K external RAM directly addressed
• FTT-10A transceiver, Service button & LED, Wink LED
• Optional SMX transceiver in lieu of FTT-10A
• 2 Amp power supply, 10-30VDC or 12-24VAC input
• Transient protection & self-resetting fuse on power input
• Snap track mounting, 3.25"H x 4.50"W
• I/O expansion bus supports 8 I/O modules, to 64 I/O points

The Control Solutions BAS-704 Processor Module is the standard workhorse of the BAS-700 product line, with a 3150 Neuron® Chip, 48K Flash EPROM, and 10K external RAM. The BAS-704 standard configuration includes the FTT-10A transceiver, but can accommodate any SMX standard transceiver. This means you can configure flexible BAS-700 systems with fiber optic, RF, power line carrier, and other technologies.

BAS-702-X Processor Module

• 3120E2 (2K) Neuron® Chip, FTT-10A transceiver
• Service button, Service LED
• Snap track mounting, 3.25"H x 2.0"W
• Power sourced by bus

The Control Solutions BAS-702-X Processor Module is used for network variable translation on the network. It does not access any I/O on the BAS-700 I/O bus, it only gets power from the bus. It does not take away any I/O slots on the bus. The BAS-702-X is useful for translating one type of SNVT to another for system compatibiility. It is also useful for creating large network variable alias tables, much larger than possible with a 3150 Neuron Chip, for interconnecting large numbers of nodes.

BAS-7511 LonWorks Gateway Module

• 3150 Neuron® Chip, 48K Flash memory
• 10K external RAM directly addressed
• FTT-10A transceiver, Service button & LED, Wink LED
• Snap track mounting, 3.25"H x 2.0"W
• Power sourced by bus

The Control Solutions BAS-7511 LonWorks Gateway Module plugs into the BAS-700 I/O track like any other I/O board. It's I/O consists of network variables bound to other LonWorks devices on a LonWorks network. Used primarily with i.CanDoIt and the BAS-7050 processor, this gateway provides Modbus TCP and SNMP access to LonWorks network variables. The BAS-7511 is shipping (as of Q2 2006) in custom configurations. A general purpose configurable version will be available soon.

BAS-700 brings a building block approach to Ethernet I/O.

When the one size that "fits all" doesn't fit you, create your own size with the BAS-700 series building block approach!
